- 50% refund if cancellation is made 10+ days after course start
- Refunds processed within 10-15 working days

- Access to materials may be limited after course completion
Attendance and Conduct
- Regular attendance is expected for all classes
- Minimum 51% attendance required for certificate eligibility
- Students must maintain respectful behavior in session
- Disruptive behavior may result in removal from course
Certification
- Certificates are awarded upon successful course completion
- Certificate requires minimum 80% attendance and passing grade
- Duplicate certificates may be issued with processing fee
- Certificates are verifiable through our online system
Privacy and Data Protection
- We collect only necessary personal information
- Student data is kept confidential and secure
- We may use contact information for course updates
- Photos/videos from classes may be used for promotion
- Students can opt out of promotional communications
Intellectual Property
